Source

"Life longs to return to its source. The source, however, can only be found in the land of childhood. Where one as family can receive directions from the unconscious. Not only he is childish, who remains a child too long but also he who parts himself from his childhood and supposes it has therewith ceased to exist. For he does not know that everything pertaining to the psyche has a double face. The one looks forward, the other looks back. It is ambiguous and therefore symbolic, like all living reality." - Carl Jung
