Politics In National Elections

In politics, a distinction is often made between the left-wing and right-wing political position and parties. The left stands for the idea that wealth should be distributed amongst the community, that the wealthiest should be taxed higher than those with a lower income and that the government should play a role in enforcing this. The right stands for the idea that the market and individuals' responsibility should play the greatest role in determining the distribution of wealth and that the government should interfere in this as little as possible.  Some people are certain that they will always vote for the same party. Others reconsider each time which party they will vote for.

We all want not to have to worry about the cost of living when people work hard. But the wallets of hard-working Americans are under pressure. Due to inflation and international tensions, everything is increasingly expensive, from groceries and energy bills to fuel. Many people are worried and wonder when will this end?  -  Wageningen University
