Dealing With The IRS

Roscoe Eggar, former IRS commissioner admitted in 1986 that 35 million Americans refused to file tax returns.  Most didn't file because there is no Statute in the Code that makes wage earners liable for income tax; and when you file, you are waiving your 5th Amendment Protected Rights. It has been proven that you or your employer should never ask questions of the IRS over the phone. Always get everything in writing, signed by an agent.  Preprinted or computerized signatures are not acceptable.  Agents may - possibly unknowingly -mislead you by saying 'It's in the code.' Any demands/presentations must be responded to in writing and registered within ten business days.  Phone calls are not admissible proof of evidence. After that period, assessment begins if no denial is received. If you don't know your rights the IRS will not point them out to you. - D. Morgan
